Why It's My Personal FAV
As a beginner paddleboarder at the age of 60, I knew I needed a paddle board that was not only sturdy, but stable. And that was just for my rookie status and my weight, lol. Living on one of the larger Great Lakes, Lake Huron, added another element of stability required. I needed a SUP that would be good for lake paddle boarding.
Those of us who live along the lake have a saying, "if it's calm, let's go paddling". The first thing we do every morning is look out to the lake to check the weather. Admittingly majority of days there are waves, but on those few and far between 'like glass' smooth days, we get out on the water, even before breakfast. We have been known to take coffee and breakfast out with us!
But my absolute favorite days on the lake are with family. When the lake is calm, the sun is bright and we can spend a full day in and out of the water. What fun!
